Well, I'll explain about how SEO Friendly, just following the steps:
1. Login to your Blogger
2. Click Design / Layout
3. Edit HTML, then Download Full Template, so you can restore if your template is broken
4. Check List to "Expand Widget Template", for Expand all Widget in your blog
