Cukup mudah, anda tinggal mengikuti langkah-langkah berikut :
1. Jalankan Run Comand dengan Windows + R >> Ketik "gpedit.msc" (tanpa tanda petik)
2. Pilih Computer Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> Network >> CoS Packet Scheduler
3. Pada bagian setting tersebut, pilih Limit reservable bandwith
4. Jika anda setuju untuk mematikan fungsi tersebut, pilih enable dan ubah dari 20 menjadi 0 pada setting tersebut dan koneksi internet anda menjadi maximal.
